Hi friends! It’s Friday—time for our weekly dose of collective gratitude. Taking note small joys is a muscle I’ve been trying to exercise since learning of my relapse—training my eye to see them and training my mind to hold onto them. It’s helped ease this difficult passage, and it’s also helped me notice what lifts me up, so I can cultivate more of it. And of course it’s so buoying to hear what’s lifting you.
