Hi friends! It’s Friday, which means it’s chorus-of-collective-gratitude o’clock!
This week Jon and I traveled to London to attend screenings of American Symphony, and my dad joined us from Tunisia. He brought this beautiful plate as a gift, and my mom included two little lemons from the tree near their house in Tunis. She had written “Jon and Suleika” on one and “Congratulations” on the other. In true Anne style, it was bizarrely, beautifully creative—I mean, who picks two lemons and thinks to themselves, “Oh, the perfect card!”
