My joy for this week—a visit from Carmen! We’ve been friends for more than five years, coworkers at the Isolation Journals for more than three, and at this point, it feels like we’re sisters. People warn you against working with friends, and it’s not without its challenges, of course—but ours has been the greatest, most joyous collaboration.
